Bee’s place was great! Super clean, awesome location, exactly as advertised. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Her communication was awesome and we loved the rooftop pool. Thank you!

Great place for some R ‘n’ R that feels remote, yet is close to civilization. The gym, sauna, and cold tub are great added touches to an already inherently soothing place to stay. Great spot!

Great amenities, thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge. The lake was a bit less accessible but we didn’t know until after booking. There were too many mosquitos near the water anyway to enjoy it. The one downfall was there’s only 1 AC unit in the living room so the he bed room and bathroom are hot. The bathrooms especially hot when you turn on the exhaust fan. Overall was a nice place for a staycation.

First, let me say that Bre is amazing! From the first inquiry, to booking, arriving, and leaving the communication was on point. Every message was pleasant and we didn’t need for anything. Bre even helped me with a little something extra special for my wife on her bday weekend. The location is so peaceful and the surroundings/views are heavenly. The sunset which we caught on purpose a couple of mornings was the best! From the list of places Bre provide we found some amazing food and enjoyed some much needed relaxation. You have to check out Compadres Tacos (Breakfast tacos to write home about) and Angel’s Icehouse (Queso and Shrimp Tacos - oh my). Additionally, Via 313 - the pizza though … OMG and Sage Blossom (Spa Day of epic proportions). Everyone was so sweet. A very sweet woman working at the Exxon close by even surprised my wife with $20 for her birthday. Spicewood was definitely our home away from home. We won’t ever forget the experiences here.

We absolutely loved staying here! It felt so luxurious, like we were living a downtown dream life for just a bit. The balcony and view were so nice to sit outside in the mornings and at night. It felt so cozy and trendy inside. The beds were comfy. Check in was so easy. The grocery store was a 2 minute walk around the corner for whatever we needed. The concierge was so friendly, helpful. We met people from around the world staying there. We would absolutely stay here again and plan on it.

This property was perfect for a weekend getaway. The hot tub, cold plunge and sauna were great to have! This unit had ice cold AC and was very pleasant to stay in. We will be back again soon!

Wonderful apartment, exactly as pictured. Location is fantastic. My daughter and I walked to restaurants, used the trail every morning, rented paddle boards within walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped. We made breakfast every morning. Coffee bar in the lobby was a plus. The valet parking was really easy, and we had factored the cost into our stay beforehand. Bre was consistently responsive to any inquiries during our stay. Highly recommend for a great stay in downtown Austin!!

It is hard to put my experience into words but it was a wonderful stay. It couldn’t have been any better than that. I thought I wouldn’t have a good view of the city from the balcony since there’s a building in front of you. But it was beyond gorgeous. You can see most all of the river and the beautiful city lights at night. Very easy to get to the local restaurants and Bars without having to drive. Would 100% recommend to anyone and everyone. I had 6 people ( the max allowed) and it slept all of us perfectly. 10/10 will most likely be back soon!

Bre had a lovely place! It was close to where we needed to be and to restaurants! It was a very beautiful and clean! The atmosphere was good and people were friendly! My family enjoyed the look and the beautiful scenery at night! I couldn’t ask for a better place for my family! Will recommend and can’t wait to go back!!

My family and I stayed at Bre's AirBnB during a visit to Austin. The home was located in a beautiful neighborhood, central to everything. The home was comfortable and spotless. We spent evenings watching movies and cooking dinner together. I appreciated Bre's responsiveness. Would highly recommend this home to anyone!
